REFUNDS

The request for refund or exchange must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order. After 7 days from the receipt of your order without a refund or exchange request, you will not be able to make any refund or exchange request. The item must be returned in the original packaging. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us by filling out the contact form in the contact section of the website, or by mail to info@cirquedejari.com, or by sending a direct message via instagram to @cirquedejari, once approved, we will send you the exact location for return. 

    

GOODS EXEMPT FROM REFUND

Any item that is returned 7 days after delivery. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a few days. 

    

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

At the moment we only ship to mainland Spain, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Later on, I would love to be able to reach more people and cover a wider territory. 

Despite having stock, it may happen that at some point something specific needs to be solved and the shipment is prolonged, and may be shipped within two weeks of purchase. In this case, the customer will be informed as soon as possible. 

    

SHIPPING

The object must be properly packed and sent to the address that will be informed once we receive your message by info@cirquedejari.com or @cirquedejari. Shipping costs for the return of your item will be borne by the buyer. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
